Inaugural Dinner This Sunday
I've been wanting to do a monthly dinner crew or game night or something to keep us all in touch while our lives continue to get busier. Last night, Sue the genius, said why not just combine all the ideas and AHA! we now have the International Supper Club and Game night! Basically 1 person hosts per month choosing a cuisine, a game to play and making the main dish. Everyone else is responsible for bringing an appetizer, side dish, dessert or beverage within the chose cuisine to share!
Please join us for the first ever meeting of the International Supper Club and Game Night! This month will be hosted at our spot on Church St. this Sunday at 6pm. Due to the frigid temperatures I was looking for a cuisine that would be comprised of cozy, warm winter fare and chose POLAND!
Josh and I will be making Bigos (Polish Hunter Stew) which is basically a pork shoulder, apple, saurkraut stew! Please let me know if you will be joining and what you plan to bring by leaving a comment on this page. I'm hoping the blog format would be a good way to keep in touch without excluding those not on facebook, very open to feedback though. Please subscribe so that you'll receive the posts for the next month. We'll be signing up for the next few months as well!
